| Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils to enhance general health and well-being. The treatment is a holistic one, considering the needs of the client both mentally and physically. Essential oils are extracted from plants and are highly concentrated. They contain chemicals that work on the body in several ways. Each oil has its own therapeutic quality, which a clinical aromatherapist will consider when preparing a blend for her client. |
| Aroma Health Care uses remedial massage combined with a blend of therapeutic oils individually prepared by Kim after a consultation with the client. |
| There are different types of massage, and the client is able to discuss which is best for him/her at the first consultation. |
| The Treatments are best followed with home treatments using the massage blend given to the client at the end of each treatment. This is to be used at home either directly on the skin or added to a bath to continue the beneficial effects of the massage treatments. |
| There are many oils which can be used at home in a variety of ways. Most can be purchased at Aroma Health Care. |

| Kim has a diploma with the London School of Aromatherapy, and is a member of IFPA. Kim is also a founder member and Director of REST UK a charity that offers stress relief to rescue workers after a major incident within the UK. |
