Over Sixties Vitality Class

Mondays 1.45pm – 2.45pm

at Morton Village Hall.

Sarah Hill, is starting a Vitality class, gentle exercises for the over sixties, on a Monday 1.45pm – 2.45pm starting on 30th March 2009 at Morton Village Hall. The class will end with tea and coffee and the charge is £2.50 per session. The classes are part of a County wide programme which is funded by NHS Lincolnshire and offer fun, laughter and friendship as well as improved mobility, balance and coordination through carefully planned gentle exercises designed for everyone over 60, no matter what their ability.

For further info interested parties can ring me on 01529 411194.

We offer approx 90 classes per week across the County and have found that they give people real social and physical benefits – so we’re excited to be bringing our classes to Morton.

We’re trying to drum up as much interest as possible, so if you could put a notice on the website and include in on your regulars page we’d be really grateful.
