class, gentle exercises for the over sixties, The class will end with tea and coffee and the charge is £2.50 per session. The classes are part of a County wide programme which is funded by NHS Lincolnshire and offer fun, laughter and friendship as well as improved mobility, balance and coordination through carefully planned gentle exercises designed for everyone over 60, no matter what their ability. |
